On Tuesday, February 21st, Somerhill hosted The Bracken Cup and Woodmansee Shield cross-country events. Over 330 pupils from 14 schools attended, competing at U9, U11 & U13 age levels, across three different course lengths ranging from 2.2km to 3km.
Once again Somerhill pupils ran incredibly well, resulting in team and individual success.

U9 girls’ team – 2nd
(Willa Raymond – individual bronze medal)
U9 boys’ team – 1st
U11 girls’ team – 2nd
U11 boys’ team – 2nd
U13 boys’ team – 3rd

Our girls’ team came 2nd overall and our boys were crowned champions!
