This week the children have been creating their own fairies with wooden pegs and fabric. They received a delightful letter from the fairies in response to the previous post they left out for them. The children then gathered around a fire to cook elderflower pancakes and craft elder pens from charcoal. The enchanting story of ‘Freddie and the Fairy’ added to the fairy-filled fun.

🌿 In Nursery, the children discovered fairies living in the Saplings woods, finding a fairy door in an old tree bark leading to a quiet, magical area. They discussed the perfect fairy environment and found another fairy door in their classroom! The children wrote letters on leaves to the fairies, eagerly awaiting their reply.
