As part of our 2024 Trips Week, on Tuesday, 18th June our Year 3 and 4 pupils visited Knockhatch Adventure Park in Sussex.

In a fun-filled day, our young Somerhill adventurers met farm animals, baby meerkats and a talking parrot in the Jungle Kingdom, witnessed an amazing falconry display as some incredible owls swooped over their heads landing in their keeper’s gloves, and some of our more adventurous explorers climbed up the giant wall and others slid down the slides in the Dragon Castle and The Jungle Splash wet play area – one teacher got very wet on the water slide!

A fantastic day was had by all (including the wet teacher).
