After a long break, Book Day finally returned to Somerhill this year, in all its glory! Some fantastic costumes were spotted around the school from pupils and teachers alike!

In SPP, there was a extravagant and colourful parade before they began their book swap and book day activities. The Prep pupils were lucky enough to have some brilliant author talks, fun drama activities, Book Day quizzes and even some face painting sessions!

Despite having so much to fit in all in one day, the enthusiasm from all involved was felt right up until the end of the day.
