The Sevenoaks Three Arts Festival provides an annual showcase for talent in music, speech and drama from across Kent and beyond. It’s a very friendly and welcoming event, with the emphasis on enjoyment and learning in a relaxed atmosphere.

On Sunday, 12th June, three of our music ensembles entered competitive categories in the festival.

We are absolutely delighted to report that all three Somerhill ensembles gained distinctions with the senior strings winning the overall category “Junior Orchestra- 13 years and under” and our flutes and brass coming equal second.

We are incredibly proud of all of our musicians, some of whom are just 8 years old! An abundance of confidence, poise and panache.
