ST MICHAEL’S 5-ASIDE
Congratulations to our U11B football team who secured a Cup Final victoryat the St. Michael’s 5 a-side Tournament. The team won all three group games, breezed through the semi-final and won the final 1-0. Playing superb football all morning, the team didn’t concede a single goal and scored 13 goals. Well done to the U11A team, who won their group but unfortunately were knocked out at the semi-final stage on golden goal.

‘Double delight’ as our U10A and B football teams both won the Cup competition at St. Michael’s 5 a-side tournaments recently. The two Yardley Court teams breezed through the group stages of the tournament winning all their games, setting up semi-finals against Hilden Grange.

Two comfortable wins for both sides saw our boys head into the finals where the teams couldn’t be separated at full-time. Following a goalless golden goal period, a player from each side was taken off the pitch until only 4 players remained. Our boys held their nerve and clinched the winning goal in each game to be crowned champions! Amazing effort from all the players and coaches.

MIDDLES FOOTBALL
Yardley Court U11 and U10 boys from A – F teams competed in a tournament against 7 other schools, hosted at Hilden Grange and Somerhill. Our amazing teams performed superbly well with the U11B, U11C, U11D, U11E & U11F all coming home having won the Cup in their respective tournaments. Well done to our U10D and U10E teams for winning the Plate. A special shout out goes to the U10A team who won the U11A tournament.
